Frank has been involved in security for 22 years, he first got involved in the industry providing physical security solutions for the MOD, and He managed a business centre for a National Supplier for nine years before joining impact security solutions in 2005.
Frank’s background is security operations, before joining Impact he looked after a portfolio of National Account Customers, including but not limited to:
Unlike most of our competitors we do not have a sales team, our organisation has a unique and innovative approach in that we all work as a team to encourage customers to choose Impact security solutions, we then consolidate and focus all our efforts on service delivery, hence the introduction of the Key Account Manager, he will be responsible for outlining our scope of services, implementation of the contract, and ensuring service delivery exceeds customer expectations.
